Beginning January 1, 2024 a new federal requirement goes into effect that requires all small businesses to file a Beneficial Ownership Information Report with the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCen). 

PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply can result in severe penalties, including fines of up to $10,000 or even jail time.
