Registered Agent Service – ANNUAL
This service is required by law. A Registered Agent must be maintained within the state of domicile. This is an office that will be open regular business hours for service of process (service of legal documents).
PLEASE NOTE: Per Wyoming statute all entities are required to provide the registered agent with the names and addresses of all officers, directors, managers, managing partners, trustees or persons serving in a similar capacity. This information is to be kept by the registered agent to be available for inspection on demand by the Wyoming Secretary of State. Furthermore, this information is to remain current within 60 days of any change. Failure to comply, or if the information is incomplete, or deemed inaccurate, the registered agent is required to resign and shall notify the Wyoming Secretary of State.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS SERVICE IS REQUIRED if you are using our address as your business address for any agency other than IRS or state of Wyoming (even if your bank statements are received electronically).
Parcels and special shipping fees are separate. A postage deposit may be required for high volume mail.
