Per Wyoming Statute W.S. 17-29-107 the registered agent shall maintain the following information current within 60 days of any change:

The name, physical address, business mailing address (if different) and telephone number of a natural person who is a Manager or Member of the company to be deemed the Designated Communications Contact for the LLC.

Failure to provide the required information or the agent’s belief that the information is inaccurate will result in notification to the Secretary of State and resignation as registered agent as required by this statute. ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL EXCEPT IN CASE OF INSPECTION BY THE WYOMING SECRETARY OF STATE OR BY SUBPOENA.
