Officer Information: For Corporations you must list ALL Officers and at least 1 Director. Vice President is optional. An individual may hold more than one position or all. Must be a natural person, cannot be an entity.

Per Wyoming Statute W.S. 17-29-107 the registered agent shall maintain the following information current within 60 days of any change:

The name, physical address, business mailing address (if different) and telephone number of a natural person who is an Officer of the company to be deemed the Designated Communications Contact for the Corporation.
