If you are mailing in your Annual Report, we suggest sending it to our office at 1620 Central Ave., Suite 202, Cheyenne, WY 82001. As a courtesy we do hand deliver your Annual Reports for no additional charge as part of our Registered Agent Service.
As a reminder if you need to overnight documents to us or the Secretary of State, it is best to use FedEx or UPS and not Express Mail.
