This information is to be kept by the registered agent to be available for inspection on demand by the Wyoming Secretary of State. Furthermore, this information is to remain current within 60 days of any change. Failure to comply, or if the information is incomplete, or deemed inaccurate, the registered agent is required to resign and shall notify the Wyoming Secretary of State.
